It is hard to believe that something with such a warm, welcoming name like the Sunshine Act is causing such consternation across the pharmaceutical industry. While the name itself conjures up images of springtime, the actual text of the legislation makes it clear why it is really called “Sunshine” --- to shine the light on physician payments and usher in a new era of transparency. more...
